Hello There!

I'm Fiona - Speaker, Trainer, Coach, Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Aunty, Friend. Like everyone, I have many roles and I love them all.

After many years in corporate management, training and coaching, I have spent the last few years focussing on positive psychology, wellbeing, and all things personal and development to help humans live happy lives!

I would love the opportunity to Equip, Empower & Encourage you to understand and embrace your unique attributes and awesomeness so you can live the life you want, on your terms.

No matter where you are in life right now, I am here to support you through to where you want to be. What ever that looks like for you.

Why am I so passionate about this?

In February 2009 I was at the end of my rope. A 38 year old single mother, broke and broken. I had completely lost my identity, my self-worth, and confidence were a distant memory.

I had no idea how I got into the situation I was in, or how to get out of it. It was not the life I dreamed of living, yet somehow via a few wrong turns and hard knocks, that's where I ended up.

With a lot of work, persistence and prayer, a year later I was back on track, feeling strong, doing the work that I loved and lined up to be married to the man of my dreams.  I was more than just surviving, I was thriving!

I am now the ever improving version of me I always knew I could be and I am here to help you do the same. xo

What My Clients Say

“2020 was both a challenging and rewarding year for me. I left my marriage after being together for 11 years and I didn’t know who I was anymore. I had lost myself and fallen out of love with both myself and my partner. I had no self-confidence and I was struggling every day to put one foot in front of the other.

Fiona was able to coach me in turning all of this around. I now know how to “fill-my-cup” so to speak- I know my worth, I embrace my decisions and empower myself in all that I do, I have accepted the past as a chapter in my very own book of life and remind myself that it is my book to write, so I choose what happens in the next chapter and how I want my book to end. Life is what we choose it to be, everything we do in life is a choice and I make choices that serve me. Every day I wake up thankful for a new day.

Fiona, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much for your coaching and support in 2020, but more importantly for being an inspiration to myself and so many other women.” ~Deanne
